Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying improvements and ensuring policy compliance
- Assisting team collaboration and communication
- Monitoring progress and preparing performance report
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Supporting project strategy development
Requirements:
- Have relevant Diploma or N6 qualification
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and general computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license

About Afrika Tikkun
AfrikaTikkun was founded in 1994, and at that time it was known as the Ma Afrika Tikkun, by the late Chief Rabbi Cyril Harris and Dr. Bertie Lubner. The organisation, in the beginning it focused on assisting communities that were affected by fire, disease, and hunger, while at the same time also offering adult literacy and skills training. It is rooted in the values of Tzedakah (compassion) and ubuntu (humanity); Afrika Tikkun has now evolved into a youth development organisation.
The organisation shifted to its current Cradle-to-Career development model in 2005 under the leadership of Marc Lubner, and it was renamed to Afrika Tikkun in 2011.
